The apartment has four bedrooms, each one on a separate lease. The other three roommates are all female ages 19-21. The apartment is fully furnished with washers and dryers included. The bedroom has a desk, nightstand, dresser, closet, and full size bed. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The apartment complex has a year round hottub, free tanning, shuttle to campus, exercise room, and computer lab. I am moving out at semester and my roommate needs a roommate since I am leaving. She is very nice, and she works full time and goes to school full time so she is rarely there. There is a pool, gas station, and washer and dryer facility all in the same parking lot. NICE place to live for CHEAP! I loved it. Most importantly it is on the KU bus route.

You would share your bathroom with one other person. We do have a dog but he is tiny. If anyone is interested I can send pictures, we're really laid back and like to have fun so no worries on that!

I would like to move as soon as possible but semester will do too. It's a four bedroom house. Two girls upstairs, me and one guy downstairs. The room is a nice size, I have two closets.
